- Swami Chinmayananda
- Thoughts are not isolated only in the mind; what and how we think can affect our physical health too.
- You may have experienced sweat and palpitation if you have woken up from a dreadful dream. Body reacts to what goes on in the mind
- Arjuna's strong identification with his kith and kin, made him lose his physical balance and strength as well.
- His mental projection that he would be held responsible for the impending disaster led to self-condemnation and depression.
- Emotional instability also causes roadblocks to proficiency to turn into efficiency.
